We have two large trees in our garden. The first is a pine cone tree and the second is a white poplar tree. The white poplar tree root system has reshaped our garden with thick hard roots at the surface throughout the garden and is now encroaching into our property. We would like to fell the trees since the roots are particularly dangerous for children and concerned for longer term damage to our property. For the pine cone tree, we have been advised that we would need to fell the tree in order to replace a garden shed.
