Sambourne is a village and civil parish in Warwickshire, England, situated 1.5 miles north‑west of Coughton, 4.5 miles south of Redditch, 12 miles north‑west of Stratford‑upon‑Avon and 20 miles west of Warwick. The village sits on sloping ground rising westwards to about 500 feet near the ancient Ridge Way and forms part of the county boundary with Worcestershire. Its centre is a small triangular green at the junction of four roads, surrounded by several timber‑framed buildings dating from the 17th century. In 1991 much of the central area was designated a conservation area, preserving its historic character. The locality lies within the B 96 postal district and is accessible via local roads, offering a tranquil rural lifestyle while remaining within commuting distance of larger towns such as Redditch and Stratford‑upon‑Avon.
